Happy Thursday WilCo Seniors!

This week, we want to highlight the Williamson County Genealogical Society.

Tracing your roots is more than just a hobby for this group; it is about preserving the stories that built our county. They meet regularly at the Georgetown Public Library for "Genealogy Chats" where you can get help breaking through your research "brick walls" or learn how to use digital archives to find that elusive ancestor.

They offer a welcoming space for anyone curious about their family history, whether you are a seasoned researcher or just starting out.
It is a fantastic way to engage your brain and connect with the history of the place we call home.
